Rankings slip when a profile goes quiet. This takes 15 minutes.
You've been at about $35 a session. Start every new client at $45. Here's why that's still a bargain.
One hour, one on one.
Published prices, checked October 2026: YMCA, Studio S, Driven Performance. BEAT doesn't post prices, so ask the trainers you know there.
You see a client 2 or 3 hours out of 168. Hybrid gets you paid for the rest: the plan, the nutrition, the weekly check in.
A hybrid client takes about 1 hour 15 minutes of your week. An online client takes 30 minutes. Full week means every hour booked, for a month.
